Our successful foundation has been formed in the travel industry, but we are now spreading our wings in to other industries and build upon our successful legacy and realize a sustainable online marketing business in the Dutch Market. We will wander in to unknow territory, and then become very good at it!
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding business service issues, questions and concerns.
- Build and maintain productive relationship with customers through thorough understanding of customer needs.
- Provide optimum online marketing solutions using the complete PI solution and technology toolbox (SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, SEA, AM etc.) at disposal an in close corporation with your dedicated team.
- Develop and maintain service delivery plans, monitor and controls expenses and leads the customer support team to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of intended services.
- Develop, implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities and maintain the overall success of PI Marketing.
- Introduce new ways of working (WoW’s) and enhances the standardization of processes, project management and services to ensure continues high standards of output. You will shape PI Marketing’ core values and attract, select and onboard new capable PIioniers.
Lead and guide ‘PIoneers’ , including the training, coordination and support of individual team members and seconded employees. Set (yearly) individual goals, coach and guide to reach the intended results.
